CHRISTMAS CLOSURE 2025/26 INFORMATION
To help you plan ahead, here is a clear breakdown of our office closure, operational service pauses, and what’s ahead for the Christmas and New Year period.

When is Our Office Closure?
Our office will be closed from Saturday 20 December 2025 - Sunday 4 January 2026.
Final day of office operations will be Friday 19 December and the first day back on Monday 5 January. During this time, our admin and leadership teams will not be processing bookings, quotes, calls, emails, or client requests.

Do we perform services during the Office Closure?
Limited services continue during the office closure.
Full details for each client type are outlined below, please ensure you check the below services as some services will not be available during this period.

Can exisiting clients still contact management during the closure period?
Yes. Existing clients may continue to contact management via the phone number listed on their invoice or through their usual communication channels.

Will my commercial cleaning continue during the Christmas closure?
Yes — commercial cleaning will continue throughout the closure period subject to staffing availability, except on 25 December 2025.
Our team will contact all commercial clients ahead of the closure to confirm their December–January schedule. Clients may also contact us prior to closure to confirm their needs.
Please note:
Services must be pre-booked with our admin team before Friday 19 December.
No new commercial clients or new commercial services will be onboarded during the closure period.
Public holiday rates apply.

Will Airbnb cleans continue during the closure period?
Yes — Airbnb services will continue throughout the closure period, except on 25 December 2025.
Please note:
All December–January cleans must be pre-scheduled before Friday 19 December.
No last-minute cleans, changes, or early check-ins will be accepted during the closure period — our services will work to accommodate your needs during what we know is your busiest time of year.
Hosts must provide full access details, requirements, and calendars ahead of the closure.
No new Airbnb clients will be onboarded during the closure period.

Will Home or Domestic cleans continue during the closure period?
No — all home and domestic cleaning services will cease during the closure period, including:
Standard recurring services, Spring cleans, One-off deep cleans and Home Helper Package services.
When services resume, domestic clients will resume on their next normally scheduled cycle unless alternative arrangements are made before the office closure.
Example:
If your usual fortnightly clean is on Monday 15 December, your next clean will be on Monday 12 January, unless alternatives dates are organised with our office before 19 December.No domestic services of any kind will be performed between 20 December and 5 January.
